Baltimore - there is a 40-man limit to each roster.  While the Orioles have a number of expiring contracts currently counted in their 40, you'll likely need to outright release some of those before this deal can be accepted.  I'll defer to Colby on the exact number of spots you need to open up (depending on the processing of your other moves).

Once the roster size issue has been resolved, I will vote on the trade (and see no reason to reject it).

He will have to release some players to have it go through, but that shouldn't be a problem with some scrubs on expired contracts.
