Title: Roy is the new Commissioner

Roy (rcankosy) has been given full mod rights to the boards and the member group.  Roy, you can edit any post, so this allows you to clean up the rules, add needed information, edit official posts, etc...  Corey/MillerTime, can one of you add Roy to the member group and show him how to edit the League Roster page?
