We hate giving up Mauer, but he doesn't fit into our long-term plans.  We really like Barnes a lot.  We also like Candelario quite a bit.  Harrison has some upside and Hernandez has the potential to be a Major League shortstop.  We definitely like getting another first round pick.  We are setting up to build a franchise here.   :win:

Cubs accept this trade. We hate losing all those specs and that first round pick but we are getting return a all star player and will help out my offense greatly and I hope this one gets passed now. Thank you Twins for the trading and best of luck  :toast:
