Title: New Member to the RC

I would like everyone to give a warm and hardy handshake to Freddy (Kungfuwig) and welcome him as the new member to our RC. Freddy has been a valuable member of the FGM community and will hopefully bring a new set of eyes to the RC, as we further strive to trim the fat in this league. I look forward to his contributions.
