Has MLB made a decision on his ruling yet? Depending on his age, he won't be eligible until next offseason.

I had intended on adjusting the rule prior to additional international free agent signings, but didn't think there would be any prior to next offseason.

Since it looks like there may be an influx...? let's get this in place now. I'll add this to the main forum and league constitution.

If asked, the bidding organization needs to provide a link from a "respectable" source documenting the official signing for international free agents.
