Angels trade

P Chase Silseth 800k (arb3)
2026 LAA 3rd round pick

White Sox trade

P Martin Perez 2M (2026)


Angels approve. It?s maybe a steep price for a guy who struggles to hit 90 with his fastball and Perez will surely regress massively from his hot start but he?s got a pulse and will get innings. Silseth I?ve lost faith on and is taking a needed spot on the 40man. The pick hurts more but Angels need all the arms possible to win the West let alone the AL. Thanks to White Sox for quick/easy negotiation
