Multi-Sport League, Pipeline Franchise has just expanded to include Baseball. No contracts or salaries, but dynasty.
Franchise available:
Indianapolis Franchise - :IND: Colts in football, :IND-NBA: Pacers in basketball, and the Indianapolis Indians in Baseball which will be the :PIT: Pittsburgh Pirates, or you could choose a regional team close to Indy which would be :CIN: Reds, :DET: Tigers, :STL: Cardinals, or :CHW: White Sox.
Baseball only:
New York - Your choice of :NYY: Yankees or :NYM: Mets. The New York franchise owner is actively managing the Knicks and Giants, but has no interest in baseball, so you would be on as an assistant but have full control of your baseball team.
