Title: Rangers get a new GM (third time in 2009)

Everyone, welcome the brave and courageous, Roy Cankosyan who is taking over the Rangers.  He was recommended to me by the Reds GM, Dan Wood.  Good luck Roy!  Post here if you have any questions for us.
