Title: Tigers roster moves (6/2/2024)

Tigers make the following moves:

- waive and DFA Joey Votto and send to minors if he clears waivers
- place SP Cody Bradford on 60 Day IL
- promote SS Brayan Rocchio
- promote RP Jeremiah Estrada
