Rockies trade:

Luis Arraez 1B/2B MIA $8.0 2027

Mets trade:

Drew Thorpe SP CHW prospect
Quinn Matthews SP STL prospect
NYM's 3rd round pick

Rockies approve.  Trading Arraez from a place of depth at 2B, and adding a couple of pitching prospects that I like a lot, one close to the majors and one farther away.  Good luck @jschwab !

Mets confirm. We continue to build up our active roster with the addition of Arraez who brings multi-position eligibility to our roster.
