Dynasty for like 7+ years and got back into it 4 years ago

I?ve already taken to deep rebuilding teams and made them competitive
One took 2 years and another took 1 year

I have two GMs assigned to the Miami franchise. I will be assigning you to the Dodgers franchise as active GM for now.

however Vik is a legend on this site. His return would mean reassignment. That reassignment would be guaranteed long term ownership.
