Mets cashed in 2 SP but otherwise nothing lost, Suarez is 33, Barrero & Huff arent major leaguers & Fairchild is a 4th/5th OF. Braddish is also coming back off injury.
Montgomery is a premier SP about to debut for a good team, we gave Irvin/Quantrill to pitch in addition to Montgomery an everyday SS in Allen and a big bat 1B on a cheap deal.
All in all we both liked it. Thanks for the talks.

Hated to move Bradish, but we needed a good/big bat. The pitchers coming back keep us in the action.
Big plus for us is not having to sacrifice a pick.

Yeah we wanted to make sure i wasnt exceeding the cap.
Its not a bad practice. Im up against it so $4.4m can open up one more move. Didnt mention that part of it.
