Whitesox agree wanted to clear cap and this trade does it. Wont resign him after this yr so I decided to move on from him. Got specs in return.

I'm not sure on this one.

CHW is only "clearing" $1,325,000 in payroll since CIN is covering $8,000,000 this year and I don't think 3 low level prospects are worth $3,000,000 in next year's INT Funds, especially since Peluse had a 6.78 ERA last year in AAA as a reliever.

I call for a vote from the trade committee just to have more eyes on it as I know the valuation of INT Funds can vary from team to team.

My official vote would be VETO.

Cate looks to be an upside rp option longterm for the nats who could be in high leverage situations. So I disagree if everyone evaluated int money differently shouldn?t have any major impact.

But I confirm because I need someone to fill out my roster and building my int money cap next year

Can I get clarification on this? It appears the White Sox thought this was clearing a significant amount of cap, which it is not.
