Title: World Cup of Hockey

Hello everyone,

I am opening a new league called "World Cup of Hockey" and it is a 16 team free league. It is set up to emulate the IIHF tournaments where teams from year to year, or in our case season to season, teams that finish in the bottom 2 of the tournament are relegated down and 2 teams are relegated up from the lower division. It will begin with all our favourite way to set initial rosters (a fantasy draft). It has some unique rules as all fantasy leagues do, like no waiver system, trading rules, only divisional play, trading rules, and draft pick rights.
