The Marlins and Reds agree on the trade below.  The Marlins do this to acquire a veteran SP while moving a couple tops specs.  Reds to confirm.

Reds trade:
SP Carlos Rodon, $22,095,000 (2024)
$7M paid by Reds

Marlins trade:
SP Max Meyer, spec
SS Marco Luciano, spec

Reds confirm the trade. Have high hopes for a bounce-back season for Rodon, but the priority needs to be rebuilding the Farm and I'm willing to eat up the 7 Mil to get two prospects that I really think can make a difference within the next few years.
