Knicks get:
- Van Vleet $21m 2025
- Tre Jones $2.5m 2026
- Sixers first round pick 2024

Spurs get:
- Garland $21.6m 2026
- Grant $18m 2024 ($4.5m paid)

We will miss Fred after 3 years with us but Garland fits better with our plan of getting younger.
