Release the following players
Jonas Griffith LB .5(2023)
Jeff Cotton WR .5(2023) PSC
Kevin Shaa 1(2024) - penalty .75 in 2023, .5 in 2024

Yep, they're moved in Fantrax, I thought I had to note IR moves for the spreadsheet as well, since there is an IR section.
