Title: Angels roster correction

When someone has a chance...

Tommy Romero, who was on a PC is currently counting against my salary cap as a buy out once he was released.  Please remove that line item in the cap hits section, as the buy out clause doesn't apply to PC's.

Item AX C(1)-5.0
Any player released under a prospect contract will not cause a hit to the cap.

And please move MI Michael Busch to MLB roster...that should resolve any invalid roster issues.
