Orioles get a relief pitcher and the Guardians get a Corner Infielder.

Post by: ldsjayhawk on January 19, 2023, 12:22:04 PM: It has come to my attention that Mark Leiter exceeded PC limits in 2017. Technically, :CLE:'s bid last year should have been invalid. However, since it was overlooked at the time, I believe the best way to handle it is to convert the contract to a MLB contract based on the bid, which was PC + 1.

My ruling is that we correct the contract to $.5m(2023). :judge:

In light of this, do you both still wish to do this trade? @dbartlow @indiansnation
