Detroit sends:
SS Willy Adames (arb 4)
Detroit's 4th round pick in the current draft (4.30)
Oakland sends:
SS Brayan Rocchio (minors)
SP Andrew Painter (minors)
2B/SS/3B Rudolfo Castro ($750k)

Tigers rationale:
I love Adames' production and price, so it's tough to move him but I have depth at that position and I like the young talent coming my way in this deal.

The Oakland A's who have been busy this off-season was looking around for a ss and reached out to tigers for Willy adames and started discussions. Oakland feels despite parting away w some solid young talent feel this helps us compete now given how well adames has played. Thanks tigers for swift negotiations and thrilled to have gotten this one completed
