Place Fortes on MLB roster.

A's made this deal to fill a whole at 3b and feel as tho letting go of fortes fit the needs of both sides. Marlins needed a catcher and Oakland needed a 3b. This was a deal made to fill holes. Thanks for the quick discussion Marlins
