Per PM @Harman230 decided to tag and keep Dillon Brooks for 4 years at the SF discount tag ($13.9m).
Allowing this 1 time exception - due :LAL: being new owner and joining after franchise tag deadline but did not start FA at the time (there was some misunderstanding and he had limited internet last few days so only got final confirmation now).
