Off season timeline as follows (subject to change if needed).
Deadline to Buy-Out a Player and Reallocation Using 2021-22 Cap + IR clean up:
Tuesday June 28th 11:59pm PST (2:59am EST) - This is last possible day of real life finals (assuming it goes 7).
Buyout/reallocation is optional, some teams already made a few moves but this is official deadline.
Note on IR players: Unless player is still hurt and expected to miss time to start next season they should no longer be on IR (any possible IR replacement please ensure you make legal move if keeping or can drop for free).
Deadline to Decide on Restricted Free Agents:
Sunday July 17th 11:59pm PST (2:59am EST) - Updated: Wednesday July 20th 11:59pm PST (2:59am EST)

2022 RFA Bidding Opens:
Monday July 18th 8:00am EST (5:00am PST) - Updated: Thursday July 21st 8:00am EST (5:00am PST)
2022 Entery Draft Begins:
Monday August 1st 8:00am EST (5:00am PST)
As usual draft has to come after RFA to allow for possible pick movement. Draft order will also be posted well in advance.
Deadline on regular FA extensions:
Sunday August 14th 11:59pm PST (2:59am EST)
Looks like plenty of teams have a large FA list this off season so thinking mid August is fair. Goes without saying, if no decision posted players will hit FA.
Regular FA Bidding Opens:
Monday August 15th 8:00am EST (5:00am PST)
Captain assignment - Before opening day of 2022-23 season (was just announced will be Oct. 11)

This is 1st time captains expired so you are welcome to assign same or new ones (as long as player is on your real life franchise). few teams made early decisions but for those who have not the captains from 1st 2 seasons are still showing as such on sheet for now, but keep in mind they reverted to regular salary so you need to post your decisions to get discounts.
