to the Tampa Bay Rays for

Joey Wendle $4
Aaron Zavala $0.5 (prospect)
Wil Crowe $0.5
Carson Kelly $4
Keibert Ruiz $0.5
Will Bednar $0.5 (prospect)

Astros were looking to clear cap space, add an inexpensive MI and build for the future. This deal also helps our rotation. The $5M to offer a bit of salary relief for the deal to go through. Astros will release Dalquist to make room for Bednar.

Rays accept this trade. I do this trade for a all in move to win now. I hate losing some of my prospects but I know I will be able to find some diamonds in the rough to replenish the farm.
