Title: POR/BOS trade

BOS gets:
Tobias Harris (7m, 2022)
2023 2nd from Hawks

POR gets:
Jrue Holiday (28m, 2022-23) BOS pays 20m this year and 4m next year

I think Jrue and Harris are close in value, so adding another pick to swap them makes sense for me since I don't expect to be using the full franchise tag on anyone else unless I make another trade.

I also think Harris/Holiday are very similar value. Give up 2nd to get the extra year of control on Holiday as tag likely goes to Vucevic for me.
