Tre Mann - G. from D-league to Reserve

@Teton. Neither of these players are on the Trailblazers roster. In Fantrax Tre Mann already appears on the Active Roster, and Romeo Langford is not IR eligible. On the spreadsheet Tre Mann is active roster and Langford is on the G-League. How do you want me to proceed?
