:LAA: has decided to buy out SP Foltynewicz, Mike, $6m (2023)

2021 - 75% = $4.5m
2022 - 50%= $3m
2023 - 25% = $1.5m
Total = $9m to be paid in 2021

Contract Buyouts have a 1.1% multiplier, therefore the buyout is $9.9m, rounded up to $10m.
