Title: BAL Releases

:BAL: buys out the following:

Shogo Akiyama (9m, 2023) -> 9m*(75%+50%+25%)  = 13.5m
Jakob Junis (3.5m, 2022) -> 3.5m*(75%+50%) = 4.375m - > 4.5m

This adds up to 18m, so with 12.5m cleared by releasing them and 9m in cap space I think I should have 3.5m left in cap space.

I forgot to multiply by 1.1. So the total will be 15+5 = 20m instead of 18m. I still (barely) have the cap space to do it. To be clear, this is all being paid this year.
