Hawks agree i make this trade for a rebuild purpose. Zach lavine is a hell of player . When i aquired him i was hopeing nance and love would have been a great 3 person combo with lavine but injurys last few years didnt happen so i decided to just rebuild this team thru the draft and that is the reason i make this trade im getting 4 1st rd picks in next 2 yrs. These picks will help me with my rebuild cone 2021 ill have 3 1st rd picks along with my 3 2nd rd picks.  Ill have a 1st in 2022 and a 2nd rd in 2022 to also add some young tallent to my team

accept we set a new precedent for star player trades with 4 1st round picks moving but hey let's have some fun and make future teams pay the same price lol!

Suns window is 2 years since no one want our veteran players so we try to win with this roster next season then tear it down to the ground just like real life teams do so we all in to win it and draft picks can go since we an old team currently but in 2 years we will do what Hawks are doing now so what comes around goes around and we hope to get 4 1st round picks in 2 years time back for Zach so we shall see!!

Much better than previous deal, Lavine to me is legit superstar but when you get 4 1st rounders hard to knock the value and Suns are now among favorite to win this year.

I do want to do a quick double check nothing was missed on pick tracking (it shouldn't be), as it turns out Suns have 5 total 1st (1 was showing Vancouver still so this kind of threw me off thinking only 4). The 4 1st overall is good but the only thing here is the best pick of the 5 is most like the only pick they are not sending and also happens to be Hawks original 2022. Would make sense that this pick is included so Hawks have control of their faith but if this is deal so be it.

I'm leaning to approve on by end but before I do would like to hear some feedback form other TC members given this is such a big deal.

4 picks in the 1st is a walk off!! It would be different if we had a 30 team league. This draft should have some solid players in the teens. Nice start to a rebuild.

Good point, 4 is definitely nice haul even though they should be back end their could be some solid prospects to choose in the teens for sure this year. Plus rookies are also team friendly contracts.

All 5 picks owned by Suns do check out so with all this trade is fine :iatp:

While i do see the major improvement on the last deal. the fact that suns are not sending one the best pick available still has me questioning whether it is enough in terms of value and for that I still am not seeing the value for the hawks. If the hawks pick is included instead of one of the other picks it would make this deal better. For this reason alone i am going to veto

Feels like Atlanta is committing to at least a 2 year rebuild losing $9m in cap space each of the next couple seasons. I certainly wouldn't do this trade if I were them. When I traded Kawhi to the team that became Phoenix, I paid zero salary on an $18m/yr contract and received two top 5 pick players and an additional first. Feels like this falls well short of that deal given the lower quality picks and Atlanta forking up big money on the contract.

by a hair, but my heart says veto.

Not everyone on TC voted and drew plenty of discussion but overall this will still pass.

Let me know on necessary roster moves. @Dizzy @indiansnation
