Title: Roster Question

The Constitution states that we can only have 30 players on our Rookie (Non A Short Season).  The braves have a Gulf Coast and Dominican League with about 30 each.  So you are saying that I would need to cut back half my players in these systems provided i cannot get them under another level with space correct?  This is Pierce by the way (braves).  Had to put some bids in for my friends team in college bball this morning.

You can have 30 players for each of the rookie teams.
