As well as set Terraence Davis as a active player since he’s active now
Last move release from Minors SF Leandro Bolmaro then I should be good btw how many players can we have on our roster is it 15 for active and reserve

1.1m in season expenditure budget on moving Davis to active (we do 20% variable salary + 1m for moving up). You still have 32.1m left to play with as only 1.8m was previously used.
Exum/Martin/bolmaro under 1m so all free drops.
To answer the roster question:
12 active (which you have now)
up to 6 inactive spots (as long as you have cap which is not a problem for you)
-the player can be active in real life, just while on inactive here you do not score points but can be moved up and down as long as you have budget. You can also always sign a FA directly inactive if you'd like.
up to 5 dleague spots
-under 82 NBA games or in dleague in real life and audit is done every offseason. While in dleague they do not count against cap space.
This means technically max amount of players at any time is 23 if you want to fill every spot but only 12 on active will accumulate stats.
