Sorry Vik...I had to read the rules again!

Pistons promote DLeague PF Xavier Tillman $0.9m to active roster and Demote PG Tremont Waters $0.5m from inactive to DLeague = $1.0m budget
Move SF Dorian Finney-Smith $5.0m up to active roster and inactive roster PF Juancho Henneagomez $2.8m = $2.6m budget
Move PG Ish Smith $1.6m from active to inactive = $0.3m budget.

No problem, should be good to go now at 2.9m total budget (Note: Waters/Tillman have no budget they are dleague moves). Let me know if something is still off.
