The Pens (http://profsl.com/smf/Smileys/default/PIT-NHL.png) extend the following players based on the rankings the morning of Oct 16, 2019...
Yanni Gourde, $3.4m (2017-2020) --> Yanni Gourde, $2.1m (2019-2022) ... currently ranked 97 RW, so highest rank is 54 (both LW and RW) in 2018-19
Anton Stralman, $5.5m (2016-2020) --> Anton Stralman, $1.5m (2019-2022) ... currently ranked 142 D, after finishing ranked 147 D in 2018-19. We will bump up the AAV from $1.3m to $1.5m to get the extra year, which likely will take Stralman through his last contract year with the Panthers and presumed retirement.
