Yes but if someone draft him your bid will be invalid. Read the e-mail sent by Izaman

FA players need to have at least 1 NHL game to be bid on. If you start a FA bid on a player eligible to be drafted, and they are drafted by a team, the draft takes precedence and that FA thread will be closed.

Currently only seeing that Jack Hughes is drafted. Bid is valid at this time....carry on.
