Padres Trade:

SP Forrest Whitley P-n/a $0.5m
SP Matthew Liberatore P-n/a $0.5m
CI Jordan Groshans P-n/a $0.5m

Indians Trade:

SP Trevor Bauer P-2020 $13m
SP Mike Clevinger P-2022 $0.6m

Padres agree to this deal to fill the hole left by trading Chris Paddack. Slotting in 2 young Ace pitchers still well in their prime fits my timeline perfectly. I never planned on moving Groshans but I've got enough infield depth to survive. Thanks Blkhwkfn

i have changed my mind  :iatp: anybody willing to pay bauer 23m a year for a head case of a pitcher go for it he will only sign 1 yr contracts so their isa big risk signing him. i still dont like the trade but so be it.

Losing at the MLB level and gaining on the specs. Any one who knows me knows I am about the rebuild. Cleveland has some solid mlb players some moveable some not. The farm is kind of lean in my limited baseball knowledge. This deal isn’t for this April it’s for the season or two after. In the mean time FAs will be the adds at the mlb level while adding to the farm. This deal I agree to.
