Isles buy out:

Mike McKenna, $1.5m (2018-2021) All this year!
0,666 * 1.5 * 3 = 3m for 18-19 prior to contracts roll-over.

:NYI: Islanders don't have enough cap to buyout $2.9m even if we apply the Franchise Player tag to Varlamov you would save 1.8m but Isles over the ceiling by 0.6m currently.

Also, offseason 10% overage cannot be used for buyouts.
