Canucks confirm.

Were in search of winger depth, and FA isn't looking promising other than Giroux who will be way too expensive.

Bailey will fill a nice dual-wing bench spot to fill in when injuries hit. For free, can't complain, and I've got enough picks this year now to make this swap.
