Title: What time does J2 start today?

I looked at the rules yesterday and saw that it starts at noon CST but I'm seeing several players posted now. I'll go ahead and post one to keep from further missing out but feel free to delete it in case we're sticking with what's listed.

It starts at Noon CST 5 Jul 19.  All of the posts/bids before that are illegal.
