Place Erik Karlsson on IR....Call up Hagg as replacement

This move is borderline because Karlsson is not officially on IR, nor does he have a definitive timeline, and TSN is still listing him as day-to-day. But most reports do say is likely out until the NHL playoffs which is 4 weeks from the post, so I'll allow it.
