Also send down Aston Reese[just placed on IR] and recall Pilut for IR replacement

Did you want Pilut as the IR replacement for Steen or for Chabot? Pilut's cap hit is completely covered under Steen's salary, but he has a higher cap than Chabot and you'd pay the difference.
