It was the hour difference. It was 10/1 in my home. It was less than an hour late and the reason that I waited until so close to the deadline was that I was without internet almost all week.

The deadline that I was sent in the PM that I believe was sent to all the GM's stated the Deadline was October 1st 1PM EST

Correct, we gave 72 hours from the PM and posting.

Sorry Daniel, there was more than ample time to resign players after the rule was put into effect. I really don't want to do this to both you and Chad, since you both are bedrock members of this league. This was a very tough decision to make, and I hope you both understand my decision.
