The rules seem pretty well locked down at this point. I think we'd previously discussed raising year 1-3 arbitration salaries to I believe the figures were $450k, $500k, and $550k. I think the doubling of minor league free agency bids worked well enough. Anyone else have any rules issues they'd like to discuss? This is the time.
