Title: Dallas Two Way Contracts

Dallas signs the following rookies to Two Way Contracts and placed in Texas Stars:
Jonathan Dahlen,  $0.6m for 2 years
Martin Kaut, $1.2m for 2 years

While Philip Zadina is given $1.6m for 2 years and promoted to the Major Roster.
