I would like to increase the salary to 3.3m and sign him for 3 years at 1.1m. Is this acceptable?

Unfortunately no. Turris cap hit in real life is $6m, so his yearly salary here needs to be at least $3m per year. But you could do 1, 2, or 3 years at $3m.
