X- 2019 2nd Round Draft Pick, New York Rangers, $m this year
Big trade here. Give away a ton of good assets here but I want to take a shot at making my team better for now and in the future. I have the cap space and a full roster so I like to add a superstar next to Panarin to really help my team get back to being good.

:EDM: Confirms this trade.... This was the last piece of business I felt I my team needed going into the draft and FA. Key pieces for me are Boqivst, Senshyn and the 1st. After paying Bratt's salary this deal adds another 4m or so going into FA......... which will be needed to bolster my roaster come puck drop to the new season. Thanx Anthony for the talks.......and good luck to you and your team......... :win: :win:

Good one, CHI one of few teams who can comfortably afford Hallsy

The Oilers are dealing away the best player, but I think they are getting some solid pieces back. Boqvist is a great prospect, Bratt showed promise in his rookie season, the 9th pick this year should have some very promising players to choose from according to my draft board. Staal picks up decent fantasy points and can be flipped later on if desired. Chicago gets an MVP and a 2nd next year.

I'd be a little concerned that the return for an elite player like Hall doesn't include sure-thing, long term productive pieces, but it's a reasonable gamble to build out depth and it is a huge, long contract that's being moved.

Fantraxed.
I love this deal for both sides. Anthony has to work some magic, but if he can surround his studs with good depth and gain a goalie he'll be competitive sooner rather than later. In the long run those 3 players + the pick could ALL turn into 2.5ppg+ producers IMO . I didn't necessarily think EDM needed a rebuild, but I like where it's going with this.
