C/LW Ryan O'Reilly, $6m (2019-2020) + I will pay $6.0M to cover his 2018-2019 salary
D Ian McCoshen, $m (P-19/20)
C John Hayden, $m (P-19/20)

for
:PIT-NHL:

C William Karlsson, RFA, $0m this year
X- 2019 3rd Round Draft Pick, Chicago, $m this year

I am trading Reilly to make room for Mittelstad for next year. Since I have alreadyu Eichel I would had too make centers from Buffalo if I kept Reilly

MCcoshen and Hayden are minor players and will be replace easily on my roster

Karlsson cost me a lot (his future salary - around 7.5M + one year Salary for Reilly). Hoping that Karlsson will continue to produce and will not become a falling star.

Pittsburgh agrees to trade. Thought alot about keeping karlsson but to do that i couldnt have a full roster and i didnt want to do that so i am moveing him. Im excited to get a great player in o'reilly exspecially sence this coming yr it wont cost me nothing i add 2 specs in Mcchoshen and hayden. This trade allows me to spend a little bit more money  on my fa im adding seeing this trade cost me anything at all.
