John Gaudreau, $5.5m (2018-19)

The Capitals are happy to add Johnny Hockey to our roster of young stars. Big package to give, some of it for cap reasons, but Johnny is big time and worth the price tag. Thank you Rob for the long talks and sticking it out  :toast:

Ducks approve - need to build the prospect pool and Gaudreau's re-sign is going to be too much for me. Thanks for the deal!
