Oh I know you cleared a ton of cap. Just technically you don't get it all until tonight, and then tomorrow night the rest.
But like I said - who cares, the bidding was going to happen anyways. All waiting for the trades to clear would do would push back these bids, haha.

Bidding is done on a total contract amount, which means if a player is (P-n/a) eligible, a GM could decide to give him a (P-n/a) + a Signing Bonus.  Since we have a two year option for a Signing Bonus, this player could be signed to:

Tatis, Jr., Fernando, $0.3m (P-n/a) + SB $10.4m/$10.3m

Or to a regular contract, if amount was increased to $22.0m: $5.5m (2022)

There is no point to bidding “PC + $1m” on guys. Just the number is needed?
