Title: trade Brewers/Twins

Edwin Rios and Sam Clay (specs)  for Solarte and Soler.

Giving up a couple of specs here to work on filling some holes @mlb level. Rios is the highest ceiling guy but, I think Solarte will be relatively productive and hopefully Soler can turn it around. Twins to confirm

Please move this to invalid. He said I said yes, but I looked at all sent messages just to make sure I didn't somehow mistakenly send him a message, and last message I sent was before he sent this. I've been at work all morning, so this was my first seeing any offer.
