Buffalo deals Orlov who'll get an extension worth over $5.0m to the Flyers. He wasn't going to get that much money from us. We get some young guys who have more to offer. Kerdiles can fill the net. He just needs to get regular minutes. Thanks for the trade PPG! :toast:

Philly confirms. Probably won't have the dollars to resign Orlov but he fill a hole we have on the roster right now. Trading young potential for a rental that puts out. You got to like it when someone puts out. LOL Thanks Beef! :toast:

:iatp: I think as 1yr rentals go this is a good trade for Buffalo. Kerdiles has NHL skill level and needs time to get seasoning in the AHL.

Orlov is talented however I believe the potential that lies in the pair of Nicolas Kerdiles and Jamie Oleksiak may pay dividends in the future. I will call this an Even trade.
